Franck Muller Aeternitas

Franck Muller Aeternitas is a landmark branded residential development by London Gate, created in collaboration with Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller. Located in Dubai Marina, the project is designed as a 450-metre, 106-storey residential clock tower, with the architectural identity inspired by Franck Muller's famous Aeternitas timepiece. Franck Muller describes it as its first real-estate collaboration.

The tower is planned to become the world's tallest branded residential clock tower, with a distinctive giant Franck Muller clock forming the crown of the building. The development contains approximately 649 residences, ranging from 1–3 bedroom apartments to highly exclusive villas, mansions and penthouses. Residence sizes range from approximately 871 sq ft to 8,582 sq ft.

The residences are designed around an ultra-luxury aesthetic, incorporating premium materials, contemporary interiors, large windows and expansive views across Dubai Marina, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. Larger residences include Franck Muller Villas and Mansions, positioned as highly exclusive homes within the tower.

Amenities are extensive and include The London Gym, swimming pool, The London Spa, sauna rooms, Jacuzzi, yoga studio, padel court, cinema, music room, library, children's play area, party hall, billiards and ping pong. The development also includes a cigar lounge, Zen Garden, business centre, valet parking, housekeeping and branded concierge services.

Its location in Dubai Marina places residents close to the Marina promenade, waterfront dining, beaches, Dubai Harbour and Palm Jumeirah, while Sheikh Zayed Road provides convenient access to the wider city. The tower is approximately 600 metres from the sea according to current project information.
