Ritaj

Ritaj Ritaj, a residential complex of 11 six-storey apartment buildings in Dubai Investments Park, was developed by Dubai Investment Real Estate. The name means 'grand gateway' in Arabic. The gated community comprises 2,024 homes, including 1,343 studios, 447 one-bedroom apartments, 194 two-bedroom apartments and 40 three-bedroom apartments. Construction began in October 2008, with properties handed over between 2010 and 2012. Facilities include a swimming pool and landscaped gardens at each block, as well as 24-hour security, maintenance and cleaning services. There is also a fully equipped community centre with restaurants, cafés, shops, a supermarket, a clinic, a pharmacy and a mosque.
