Burj Daman

Burj Daman is a landmark mixed-use development located in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Developed by Daman Real Estate Capital Partners, the development combines luxury residences, Grade A office space, retail and hospitality within an integrated high-rise complex. The project was designed by the international architecture firm Perkins&Will and rises approximately 235 metres, with the main residential tower reaching 65 storeys.

The residential component comprises luxury 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as selected duplexes and penthouses. Residences feature modern layouts, large windows and city views, with facilities including a swimming pool, gym, high-speed elevators, 24-hour security, CCTV and extensive parking. One of the development's distinctive features is its automated vehicle-stacking parking system.

The wider Burj Daman complex also incorporates a Grade A commercial tower and the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre hotel, creating a combination of residential, business and hospitality uses within one prominent DIFC address. The development is located close to DIFC's restaurants, galleries, retail destinations and Gate Avenue, while Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown Dubai are easily accessible.
