Manjothi Hotel is a planned 4-star hotel development in Jumeirah Garden City, positioned just behind Sheikh Zayed Road. The project is designed for both business and leisure travellers, with its central location providing convenient access to City Walk, Downtown Dubai, Dubai World Trade Centre and other major destinations.

The hotel comprises 96 rooms, with the typical upper floors containing 14 rooms per floor: 13 standard rooms of approximately 405 sq ft and one executive suite of approximately 621 sq ft. The rooms are planned with contemporary interiors, workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee facilities and modern bathrooms.
