Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iMatch — the broker-to-broker matchmaking platform operated by iMatch LLC (“iMatch”, “we”). By creating an account, sending a message to an iMatch WhatsApp group, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who can use iMatch

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must hold a valid RERA card or BRN (or equivalent license) in your jurisdiction, and represent that the credentials you provide are accurate and current.
• You must use iMatch on behalf of a registered real estate brokerage. Personal listings outside a licensed brokerage are not permitted.
• iMatch reserves the right to verify your credentials and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@imatch.ae if you suspect unauthorised use. iMatch is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using iMatch, you agree NOT to:

• Post fake, misleading, or duplicate listings or inquiries.
• Scrape, copy, or republish data from other brokers without consent.
• Contact other brokers for purposes unrelated to the matched deal.
• Send spam, harassment, or off-topic content to iMatch WhatsApp groups.
• Reverse-engineer, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the matching engine or WhatsApp bot.
• Share your account with non-licensed individuals or other brokerages.
• Violate RERA regulations or any applicable UAE law.

iMatch may, at its sole discretion, remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that breach this section.

5. Pricing & billing

• Solo — AED 199/month per individual broker.
• Brokerage — AED 139/month per agent, minimum 5 seats.
• Enterprise — custom pricing for teams of 10+ agents.
• A 7-day free trial is available on Solo and Brokerage plans; no card required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• Prices are exclusive of UAE VAT, which will be added where applicable.

6. Listings, inquiries & matches

iMatch is a matchmaking utility. We surface potential matches between listings and inquiries based on criteria you provide, but we do not represent any party in the underlying transaction, do not verify the legal status of properties, and do not guarantee that any match will result in a closed deal. All commercial terms — commissions, agency agreements, contracts — remain solely between the brokers and clients involved.

7. Intellectual property

The iMatch name, logo, software, dashboard, WhatsApp bot prompts, and matching algorithm are the property of iMatch LLC and protected by UAE and international IP law. You retain ownership of the listing and inquiry data you submit; you grant iMatch a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data for the purpose of operating the service and surfacing matches.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. iMatch may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our control (e.g., WhatsApp Business API outages). We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

iMatch is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMatch's total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost commissions or lost deals.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@imatch.ae. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. On termination, your active listings and inquiries are removed from the matching engine; archival data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, except where local broker-licensing rules require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of iMatch after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
