The Regent

The Regent Regent Residences is a residential complex from NSHAMA, a relatively young but well—established developer from Dubai. The company is known for integrated urban projects within the Town Square. The transfer of The Regent Residences, which will become an important part of this community, is scheduled for June 2025. The Regent Residences complex will become part of the modern Town Square community.
