iMatch Connect is the partner API for real-estate CRMs and platforms. It lets your software read the live iMatch market — listings, buyer demand, the project catalogue, distress deals — push your own inventory and requirements into it, hear about every match the moment it happens, and put our offer, poster and Copilot tools on your own pages. One key, JSON over HTTPS, and a contract that only ever gains fields.
API
Plain JSON over HTTPS with one bearer key. Read listings, inquiries, projects, distress deals, areas and your matches; write your own listings and inquiries with upserts on your ids. One response envelope, stable error codes, a frozen contract that only ever grows.
Live pushes
A cursor feed that tells you exactly what changed since your last call, and webhooks that call your endpoint within seconds — signed with HMAC, retried for twelve hours, logged and re-sendable from your side.
Embedded tools and AI
Our sales-offer and poster creators and the iMatch Copilot, running inside your CRM in an iframe with a short-lived token. The same Copilot as a chat endpoint, and the whole API as an MCP server for Claude, Cursor and other AI clients.
Every capability is a switch iMatch sets per partner. Most are on from day one; a few — developer unit lists, distress, embeds, Copilot, webhooks — are enabled deliberately. GET /me shows which you have.

Search and read every live listing in the network, with photos, as structured JSON.

Push your records
- List properties
Push your inventory from your system: create, update, unlist and mark sold, keyed on your own ids.
- Post inquiries
Post your buyers' requirements and have them matched against the whole market.
- Upload photos
Attach photos and floor plans to the listings you push — sending the same photo again never adds a copy.
- Replace a listing's photos
Set a listing's photos to exactly the list you send, in order: unchanged photos are kept without being downloaded again, and anything you left out is removed — when iMatch enables it for you.

Any CRM, four steps

AI clients
The API is also an MCP server. Claude Code, Cursor and Claude Desktop connect with one line each: MCP / AI clients.
