Mars Residences

Mars Residences Mars Residences is an ambitious project located in the vibrant Sports City, DubaiLand, Dubai. Developed by Rufi Real Estate & Construction Company’s subsidiary Rufi Twin Towers Ltd., this multi-building complex was initially named Rufi Twin Towers before being rebranded by the new owners, Mars Star Real Estate Development LLC. With construction kicking off in April 2008, the project boasted a bold vision that aimed to provide luxury living spaces in a prime location. The development was planned to feature a total of 544 residential units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as ten shops for added convenience. The architectural design was entrusted to the experienced hands of Arenco Architectural & Engineering Consultants, known for their innovative and contemporary approach to construction. Among its promised amenities were an Olympic sized swimming pool, banquet hall, and separate sauna and steam rooms for both men and women. These facilities were envisioned to offer residents a luxurious and holistic living experience, catering to their leisure and wellness needs. Unfortunately, progress on Mars Residences hit a snag in 2009 when construction was abruptly halted at the 18th floor. Despite the setback, the potential of this project remains evident, showcasing the potential for a modern and sophisticated living environment in one of Dubai's most sought-after areas. As the handover date was estimated to be in January 2017, the future of Mars Residences holds promise for those seeking a blend of luxury living and convenient amenities in the heart of Dubai.
