Masakin Al Furjan is a completed residential community by Nakheel, located in South Village, Al Furjan, Dubai. The development consists of seven low-rise residential buildings containing 335 apartments, with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts. The architecture is low-rise and community-oriented, with the buildings arranged around landscaped communal spaces and a central courtyard environment. Some ground-floor residences also feature private gardens.

Designed as a family- and pet-friendly gated community, Masakin Al Furjan combines residential buildings with landscaped gardens, open spaces and communal recreational facilities. Residents have access to a swimming pool, health club/gym, children's play areas, landscaped gardens and BBQ areas. The community also benefits from the Al Furjan Pavilion immediately outside the residential complex, providing supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, salons and other everyday services.

The apartments range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and include balconies, while the development provides covered parking and communal facilities. Nakheel states that the metro station is approximately three minutes away, Ibn Battuta Mall around 10 minutes, Dubai Marina around 15 minutes, Palm Jumeirah around 18 minutes, Al Maktoum International Airport around 24 minutes and Downtown Dubai around 28 minutes.

Masakin Al Furjan is part of the established Al Furjan master community, adjacent to Discovery Gardens and close to Ibn Battuta Mall. The surrounding community provides additional schools, retail, dining, sports and leisure facilities, making the project an established residential destination rather than an off-plan development.
