Raya

Raya is a gated townhouse neighbourhood within Arabian Ranches III, developed by Emaar Properties. The project is designed around a family-oriented suburban lifestyle, with contemporary townhouses surrounded by landscaped greenery, pedestrian pathways and recreational spaces. Emaar describes Raya as a serene neighbourhood connected to nature and designed around an active, balanced lifestyle.

The project contains 240 townhouses offering 3- and 4-bedroom layouts. Published plans show approximately 1,877–2,354 sq ft for the standard configurations, while individual completed units can have larger plots and different built-up configurations.

The architecture uses a contemporary white-and-wood palette, large windows, clean geometric volumes and private outdoor areas.
