Damac Lagoons - Venice

Venice is one of the premium villa clusters within DAMAC Lagoons, a Mediterranean-themed master community by DAMAC Properties. The cluster is inspired by Venice, Italy, with the concept centred around canals, waterfront living, gondola experiences, waterside cafés and Italian-inspired architecture. DAMAC describes Venice as a collection of spacious villas overlooking the community's lagoons.

Unlike many of the smaller DAMAC Lagoons clusters, Venice is positioned at the ultra-luxury end of the community, offering exclusively 6- and 7-bedroom villas. Current DLD-linked project data records around 425 homes, with 274 six-bedroom and 151 seven-bedroom villas. Villa sizes vary substantially, ranging from approximately 4,066 sq ft to 24,752 sq ft, depending on the layout.

The villas feature contemporary, highly glazed architecture with large terraces, landscaped gardens and private outdoor areas. Depending on the specific villa type, residences can include private swimming pools, staff/maid accommodation, generous parking, balconies, terraces and expansive living spaces. The higher-end waterfront villas are designed to maximise views over the lagoons and beaches.

The Venice cluster is designed around a waterfront lifestyle, with the wider DAMAC Lagoons community providing crystal-clear lagoons, sandy beaches, waterside cafés, retail and dining, sports facilities, floating entertainment and water activities. Venice's theme is particularly focused on the recreational side of the masterplan, with gondola rides, canal-style waterways and Venetian-inspired public spaces forming part of the concept.

The development sits close to DAMAC Hills, with access via Hessa Street and the surrounding road network. Current project information places destinations such as Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, Dubai Autodrome and City Centre Me'aisem within convenient driving distance.

Overall, Venice is one of the most exclusive clusters in DAMAC Lagoons, distinguished by its large 6- and 7-bedroom villas, waterfront setting, Venetian-inspired design and resort-style amenities.
