Riviera

Azizi Riviera is a large mixed-use residential development in Meydan One, designed around a French-Mediterranean Riviera concept. The master development comprises 71 mid-rise buildings across four phases and 13 regions, alongside retail, hospitality, landscaped areas and waterfront-oriented public spaces.

The residential buildings offer studios and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, with contemporary interiors, large windows and glass balconies. The architecture combines clean modern lines, glass and wood façades with Mediterranean-inspired detailing. Many residences are oriented toward landscaped courtyards, community streets or the wider Meydan skyline and waterfront areas.

Riviera is designed as a walkable lifestyle community, with landscaped promenades, pedestrian areas, gardens and outdoor social spaces. Amenities across the community include swimming pools, gyms, yoga areas, children's play areas, BBQ spaces, landscaped gardens, lounge/movie-night areas and pet-friendly facilities.

The development also incorporates retail and dining spaces, creating a more self-contained neighbourhood rather than a collection of standalone apartment buildings. Its location in Meydan provides convenient access to Meydan Road, Al Khail Road, Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road, with Downtown Dubai and Meydan Racecourse also nearby.

A key feature of the Riviera concept is its waterfront and Mediterranean lifestyle theme, with promenades, landscaped public areas and planned waterfront facilities forming part of the broader master plan. The development was conceived to combine the atmosphere of the French Riviera with contemporary Dubai residential living.
