The One

The One is a 40-storey skyscraper, part of JVC District 14 in the Jumeirah Village Circle area. The builder of the project is The First Group. The architectural consultant was Norr Group Consultants International Ltd.

The One has 496 studios and apartments ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms. The residential facilities are managed by the international hotel operator Wyndham Hotel Group. All facilities have a sleeping area with an attached bathroom, fitted wardrobes, kitchen, panoramic windows and all necessary appliances.
