May Residence

May Residence MAY Residence is a residential building in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) area. The project was developed by the MBA Engineering Consultancy, and implemented by the developer May Real Estate Development. It is a 5-storey building in a laconic architectural style. On the ground floor there are four rooms for retail stores. On the other floors there are residential properties: studios, apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. In total, MAY Residence has 329 residential properties for purchase and rent. The area of studios with one bathroom varies from 36 to 61 sq. m (397-660 sq. ft.). The layout of the 1-bedroom apartment includes two bathrooms. The average size of this configuration is 69 sq. m (750 sq. ft). These two types of residences make up the majority of the building's housing stock.
