Palace Tower

Palace Tower Palace Towers is a multifunctional complex located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. The complex consists of two towers: Palace Tower 1 and Palace Tower 2. The project was developed by Tameer Holding Investments and completed in 2009. Palace Towers 1 includes studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, designed in neoclassical and postmodern style. The facilities are fully furnished and feature balconies and open kitchens opening onto living rooms. Palace Towers 2 includes office space that can be bought and rented. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities and services, including: a fitness club and a fully equipped gym, a large swimming pool on the terrace, a children's playground, landscaped podiums, underground parking, 24-hour security and video surveillance.
