Garden Homes

Garden Homes is one of the original luxury villa collections developed by Nakheel on Palm Jumeirah, occupying plots along several of the Palm's fronds. The villas are positioned directly on the waterfront, with private beach access and private outdoor areas facing the Arabian Gulf.

The original collection comprises approximately 918 two-storey villas, with reported sizes ranging from around 4,900 to 9,228 sq ft in current project information. The original product was primarily offered as 4- and 5-bedroom villas, although individual villas on the resale market have been modified and are now marketed with different bedroom configurations.

Garden Homes is particularly recognizable for its Mediterranean, Arabic, Moroccan and Greek-inspired architectural styles. Depending on the style, villas feature arched windows and doorways, balconies, decorative façades, tiled roofs, columns and ornamental detailing.
