Bahar

Bahar is one of the six main residential clusters within Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and consists of seven high-rise towers. Five are residential buildings, while the cluster also includes two hotel towers. The development was delivered in the mid-2000s and forms part of the original JBR master development.

The residential towers offer a wide selection of studios, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, as well as larger 4-bedroom penthouses. The buildings are characterised by their warm beige façades, arched architectural detailing and extensive balconies. Many higher-floor residences have expansive views across JBR Beach, the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island/Ain Dubai.

Bahar's amenities include swimming pools, gyms, children's play areas, covered parking, high-speed elevators, 24-hour security and concierge services. The cluster also has a substantial retail component, with restaurants, cafés, salons, a supermarket, pharmacy and other everyday services integrated around the residential buildings.

The biggest advantage is the location. Bahar sits immediately beside The Walk at JBR and JBR Beach, giving residents direct access to the beachfront lifestyle, restaurants, cafés and shops. Dubai Marina Mall, the Marina promenade, tram stations and Sheikh Zayed Road are also nearby.

Individual buildings within the cluster have slightly different configurations. For example, Bahar 1 is a 52-storey residential tower, while Bahar 4 and Bahar 6 are 31-storey buildings and Bahar 5 has 46 floors.

Overall, Bahar is an established beachfront residential cluster offering spacious freehold apartments, extensive community facilities and one of the most walkable waterfront locations in JBR.
