Expo Golf Villas is a multi-phase family villa community by Emaar Properties within Emaar South, Dubai South. The development is built around an 18-hole championship golf course, landscaped parks and a low-density residential environment, with the different Expo Golf Villas phases forming one of the main villa neighbourhoods in Emaar South.
