Nara

Nara is a residential townhouse community developed by Emaar Properties within The Valley, a master-planned suburban community located along Dubai–Al Ain Road. It is The Valley's second townhouse neighbourhood, designed around a peaceful, family-oriented lifestyle where contemporary homes are integrated with landscaped parks, pedestrian pathways and open green spaces.

The development offers 3 and 4-bedroom single-row townhouses in three contemporary architectural styles: Aston, Palma and Charm. Each style has its own façade and design character, while all homes are designed to maximise natural light and provide a strong connection with the surrounding greenery. Nara's location provides relatively easy access to both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with Dubai Outlet Mall approximately eight minutes away and Downtown Dubai around 25 minutes away according to Emaar's project information.
