Palm Hills Dubai – Elie Saab Maison

Palm Hills is an exclusive gated villa community within Dubai Hills Estate, comprising 75 standalone 5-bedroom villas designed in collaboration with international fashion and interior-design icon ELIE SAAB. The development offers two villa collections, Flora and Bloom, with the Bloom villas being the larger format. Homes feature contemporary architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, en-suite bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, maid's rooms, covered parking and landscaped outdoor spaces; selected Bloom villas also include a shaded swimming-pool deck, while Flora villas offer roof access, a lounge, pantry and powder room. The interiors were meticulously designed by ELIE SAAB to complement the architecture with refined finishes and a luxury fashion-inspired aesthetic. Palm Hills is surrounded by lush landscaping and benefits from views toward the Dubai Hills Golf Club, Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline. Residents are part of the wider Dubai Hills Estate community, with access to amenities including Dubai Hills Park, Dubai Hills Mall, the championship golf course, fitness trails, children's play areas, tennis and basketball courts, a football pitch and dog park.
