Waves Tower Waves Tower by Kasco is a striking 23-storey residential building situated in the prestigious Business Bay area of Dubai. Developed by Moufaq Alkaissi and Ahmed Al Janabi, this project showcases modern design and luxurious living spaces. Construction of Waves Tower commenced in 2018 and was successfully completed by April 2022, making it a relatively new addition to the Dubai skyline. The architectural design of Waves Tower was executed by the renowned Next Engineering Consultants, known for their innovative and contemporary approach to construction. The main building work was expertly carried out by Sumer Contracting Company, ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout the project. The building's structure includes two basement levels dedicated to parking, providing convenience for residents and visitors. Waves Tower replaces the previously planned Waves Tower Business Bay, which was discontinued in its early stages.
