Two Towers Two Towers TECOM is a modern multi-building complex located in the vibrant area of Barsha Heights in Dubai. Developed by Rashed Bin Darwish Al Ketbi and masterfully designed by the renowned architectural consultant Al Gurg, this project stands as a testament to contemporary urban development.
