Serenova Serenova is a residential project by P.O.B1 Properties (part of the Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group) in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The concept focuses on “life beyond the city” with a courtyard-led layout, family-friendly positioning, and city views, supported by a curated arrival experience with a double-height lobby, a statement fountain, and valet service. The residence collection ranges from junior suites (studios) to four-bedroom penthouses. Layouts are designed around light and indoor-outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling glazing, and many homes feature spacious balconies and generous terraces. Amenities are structured for everyday use and a balanced routine: courtyard pool and kids’ pool, clubhouse spaces, kids’ play area with outdoor gardens, an indoor gym plus a rooftop gym, a family pool, and an adults’ infinity pool at the top level overlooking the Dubai skyline.
