The prestigious Palm Jumeirah location, management by Savills, and the boutique format with a limited number of residences ensure high liquidity and project an annual return of 6–7%. The Maison Margiela Residences are a meticulous expression of the Maison’s distinctive design codes, delivering exceptional privacy, elegance, and innovation. Each residence seamlessly blends luxury couture fashion with architectural mastery, offering a lifestyle characterised by exquisite craftsmanship. The interiors of Maison Margiela Residences were conceived in close dialogue with the Maison’s creative universe, translating its distinctive codes into a living environment. Maison Margiela’s architects alongside Renzo Rosso and Carlo Colombo, have developed a bespoke furniture collection designed to embody the Maison’s creative DNA. The result is a complete ensemble – sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs, beds, and lighting – crafted to create a seamless visual language between the building’s architecture and its interiors.
